Master Li Junhao compiled the set of moves that this course is based around. He called it "XinyiBa".

"XinyiBa" is also the name of an advanced type of Shaolin martial art, so it's a little confusing. I am unsure if Master Li was aware of the Shaolin style. I wasn't when I learned the movements.

Actually, in Xinyi, we are free to link any combinations together that we like to make a "form", but that's not normally what we practice. Normally, it's up and down the line, making one or two moves continuously.
